Book A Personal Wine Tasting 

Do you love tasting lots of wine but don't have time for a wine tour?

Are you planning a fun get together with friends or looking to reward your team?

 

We can arrange a personal wine tasting to your needs.  during a wine tasting you will taste a mix of 5+ sustainably made wines from smaller, acclaimed producers that are sure to surprise and delight. As an example we could kick off with a quality sparkling wine, followed by regional styles of Riesling, Pinot Noir and unique wines you may have never tried before. all this while learning about German wine culture and the stories behind the wines .

A wine tasting can take place at a venue of your choice or where better than to have a wine-tasting with vineyard views close to where the wines come from. We know some very special places around the Mainz Rheinhessen & Rhiengau wine regions that would be wunderbar for a special wine tasting. Even when the weather is a little chilly a covered area with comfy seating, blankets and even a fire can be provided.

The details:

• Times are flexible as are number of guests as is a venue of your choice*. 

• €65 for 5+ wines paired with local wine tapas.  

• Wine tapas of local Cheese, Charcuterie and Vegetarian options will gladly be provided.

• In the case of special tasting in the vineyards we can help provide transportation from the closet station or a direct pick can be arranged from Mainz / Frankfurt at your convenience (additional  fees TBC) 

• Sparkling or still water is provided

• Your guide is WSET qualified and has a close relationship with the winemakers.  

• Most wines tasted can be bought at a discount.

*Custom requests 

• Tastings can be arranged at a venue of your choice anywhere in Germany. There may be an additional travel cost. Group discount for larger groups or companies. Get in touch. 

• Online tastings are possible. The tasting can be arranged so guests can receive sample bottles of the wines to be tasted if this is preferred.
