Very Thirsty - Custom 2 Day Grape Escape

What a grape day sounds like

Cant decide which German wine region to visit? Thirsty to discover a varied range of German wines beyond just Riesling? You want to see more of the beautiful German landscape and its quaint charming villages and magical vineyard views? Then why not take a 2 day grape escape and stay in the heart of the German wine regions. On a 2+ day grape escape I will arrange to pick you up and take you to discover a mix of different wine regions from the Rhein Valley, Southern Pfalz and Mosel. As we will stay overnight in the region we save some car time... therefor there is more wine time!!!!!! So as an example of the plan: I will pick you up ETA 10:00 from the Mainz area where we then go on to explore the Rhein Valley region while on the way to your overnight stay in the Mosel or Pfalz wine region waking up fresh and thirsty to explore the region the following day. Over the 2 days will visit a mix of 6+ winery/ wine stops for private tastings providing you with many opportunities to swirl, sniff and slurp a range of German Sparkling wines, local varieties of Burgundy, Riesling in all its glory and some surprisingly good German red wines. Besides refreshments and a little picnic on the go there will be stops at local restaurants to try regional specialties of the wine regions. Let me know if you have any special requests and I can accommodate them into the tour. The tour can also start from the Mosel, Heidelberg or Middle Rhein regions. A specific route and plan will be based on where you plan to arrive, stay and depart while you are in Germany. Some special pick ups may require an additional fee. *The prices above covers the 2 days of wine touring, tastings, lighter lunch 1st day then a nice Dinner, Lunch on day 2.
